Help changing avatar picture

I've tried to add an avatar picture, but continue to get this notification

Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file.

Any ideas?

I can replicate that error as well. Think I know what it is but need server access to get in there and sort it. Will update this thread when sorted

what is the file size in kb that your trying to upload?

I'm getting file failed to upload but still getting the picture..

ok, looks like the folder the avatars are stored in isnt writeable.. Need to get server access.. so will @ you when resolved.
